Slinky Studio:
Affectionately friendly, independent online popular lifestyle hub that curates the discovery of cool, interesting & unique product ideas.A simple uncluttered touch interface is for many the unique selling point of the Optimum G2.6 Platinum Series blender. It blends effortlessly and has transformed my cooking It’s simple with one jug which is easy to remove (no locking or twisting), a well fitting lid and easy to use controls I don’t have to remove the blades to clean it. One drop of washing up liquid, some warm water, switch it on and it is its own personal dishwasher – excellent. IT MAKES HOT SOUP (did I say that already?!) Things I don’t like about the Froothie Optimum G2.6 Blender The name is a bit of a mouthful That’s it really Struggling to think of anything else’’…..To read more Click Here

Jacqueline was named top food blogger by Foodies 100 in 2013, by Vegetarian Living magazine in 2014 and was named a vegetarian and vegan blog you need to know about by The GuardianUnlike the other Froothie blenders the G2.6 has a LED touch screen panel, which looks rather swish and is easy to use. This 6 blade power blender is suitable for home and commercial use. It has 6 preset buttons. The preset buttons allows the machine to vary the power it uses when it needs it. This means the motor will last longer. Like the other Froothie blenders, it's easy to clean. I just give it a quick rinse if I'm about to make something else and if I'm finished with it I pour some hot water from the kettle (about 12 cm) then a few drops of washing liquid and blend for a few seconds, then pour out the soapy liquid and rinse with fresh water. The outside just gets a quick wipe. It's one of the best things about my blender, well apart from it's convenience and power. What can I say? Loving it!......To read more Click Here

So I ended up buying many different types of blenders……..Fast forward to 2016 – When I was sent the new and shiny high-speed to test and review, the very first thing I wanted to try was making an idli batter with a home made coconut chutney. I am delighted to announce that the results are really very satisfying. The 6 blade assembly makes it very easy to grind grains so my soaked rice and urad dal mixture reached the right consistency in no time! To read more Click Here

This silver machine touched down in my kitchen last month and I’ve been putting it through its paces with excellent results. It is so simple to use with its automatic 6 preset programs. The LED touchscreen lights up when the appliance is switched on. You then choose which program you want and hit start, it’s that easy. There is also a pulse button and you can choose manual mode by pressing the speed and time settings and pick your desired speed/time. I started first with a banana coconut smoothie and I’m delighted to report that the end result was delicious and satisfying…..To read more Click Here

Cathy White writes at Planet Veggie, a food blog that concentrates on healthy vegetarian and vegan recipes. Her family friendly recipes can be seen in Foodgawker and finding Vegan. The Froothie Optimum G2.6 blender is beautiful. It’s sleek and shiny and has a touchscreen with six pre-set programmes for fruit, grinding nuts and seeds, soup, nut milk, sorbet and sauces. Wait! Did I say soup? It makes soup? Yes, it does make soup but it’s not a soup maker in the traditional sense as it doesn’t have any heating elements inside it; rather it creates heat by the friction of the blades. I haven’t tried it myself yet to make soup, but I’ve used it to blend soup made on the hob (recipes Here and Here ) and it’s resulted in the smoothest soup I’ve ever tasted…… To read moreClick Here

The LED touch panel is,in two words, super cool…I’ve been using the Froothie Optimum G2.6 several times daily for the last three months. Andrew and I use it at least a combined 3 times daily for our pre- and post-workout smoothies. The jug simply sits in place (I think by use of a magnet but don’t quote me on this) and has a super easy pourable spout too so no mess afterward! It’s also relatively easy to clean and maintain unlike other food processors.... You can use this bad boy for pretty much anything – I’ve used it as a food processor to make my awesome Paleo and Vegan Nutella, energy balls, cookie dough, soups, dips, to grind nuts into nut flours, and of course nut milk.
